The main purpose of the AGM is to elect the club committee for the upcoming year. Nominations for committee positions are welcome from absolutely any club member, you needn't be experienced or long standing within the club to apply. If you are bursting with ideas about how to make the club better - or just feel you have the necessary skills to help drive the club forward - this is your chance to help make a difference.
The roles that must be voted upon are:
Club President
Club Secretary
Club Treasurer
Youth Officer
Welfare, diversity and Health & Safety Officer
other roles which are not required constitutionally but still require filling are:
Media, PR and Sponsorship Officer
Social & Events Officer
Facilities & Equipment Officer
If you would like to run for the committee, please reply to this email by Friday 23rd March.
The AGM also allows us to make any amendments to the club's constitution. You have only TWO DAYS to submit any motions you wish to make by replying to this email. The deadline for motions is 5pm on Wednesday 14th March
