Richmond Baseball Club will begin indoor training for all players on Saturday January 14th atChiswick Community School in West London. Sessions will start at 11 am and run for two hours. As in previous years, indoor training will run for four consecutive weeks with last session being on February 4th. Following this training will move outside to the club's fields in Ham.
Indoor training provides an ideal environment to get back into playing baseball ahead of Opening Day in April. Sessions will focus on the fundamentals of the game - throwing, catching, hitting, pitching, fielding and running - and as such are suitable for players of all abilities, especially those who have never played before!
